Please read the following carefully.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered.

The customer is not entitled to a refund once the order has been received in full without any problems.
Returns are only accepted when the problem is on our side and we could not solve it.
Opening a dispute on the payment platform as a way to defraud us results in immediate license withdrawal.

If you run into any problem with your product, contact support on Discord within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
